Wendy is amazing! I've not needed a lot of mortgage financing over the past 16 years (that's how long she and I've done business together), but when I have, Wendy St. Julien is my "go to". She has always been completely honest, even advising me to do business with another company if she can't do better for me financially. She truly cares about every person that walks through the office door and will do whatever possible to make your loan happen. Wendy has helped us twice to buy a house in the Olympia area. I cannot imagine working with anyone who could provide any better service than her. She knows the business inside out and got us very good loans and interest rates both times. But most impressive is her communication and service. She will answer calls and emails promptly at nearly any time. She answered questions by email as late as 10:30 pm and started working for us, making calls to the east coast, at 6:00 am. I have not worked with anyone who is that responsive. Because it is a small business, you always know who you will be working with and it is more personal than some big company. Oh yeah, she has a good sense of humor too.

Oh My God! What a find! My neighbor volunteered he just refinanced with the same broker for the 4th time and said they couldn't be beat.
